Increasing the abundance of microorganisms in a regosol soil using biopelet fertilizer composed from biochar, chicken manure, and shrimp waste to increase soil fertility

Results of previous research have proven that soil organic matter (humic and biochar compounds) can increase maintain fertility protect environmental resilience. The purpose this study was to the abundance microorganisms in young (regosol) with biopelet fertilizer composed a combination biochar, chicken manure, shrimp waste improve fertility. experimental design used randomized block two factors, namely composition dosage biopelets. compositions were 70% 15% manure fish (B1); 50% 25% 25 % (B2): 20% 40% (B3). four levels (0, 2.5, 5, 10 t/ha).The results showed application regosol reduced pH from slightly alkaline near neutral, addition up t biopelet/ha increased C content 1.17% 1.72%, as well increasing availability N, P, K nutrients. Improvement pH, organic-C, macronutrients followed by an microorganisms, especially bacteria.
